A major oil and gas company is currently looking for HR Admin Assistant for a 12 months contract to be based at a site in Tuas.
Scope:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support within the local HR Department
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as well as take minutes of the meeting
- Support the HR Department on adhoc onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Review and verify all HR related invoices and addressing discrepancies when necessary with the various vendors
- Help organize employee training sessions
- Creation of Purchase Orders
- Collaborate with the finance team for the payment of the invoices
- Interact with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers as required.
- Assist in the management of the timesheet system
Key Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years in office administration, HR, or related roles
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
