Legal Counsel (SEA) (One year Contract)
The role:
- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of agreements and contracts pertaining to the commercial activities Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Scope of work involves (including but not limited to) supporting contracts review and assistance on different types of agreement for procurement, service/supply agreement, MOU, NDA, collaboration, innovation, risk analysis, gap analysis, legal activities/due diligence and other tasks as instructed by the head of legal from time to time.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in a Corporate Law Department, preferably with multinational company or in a law firm active in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law
- Bachelor’s degree in law mandatory
- Candidates with competition law/antitrust and privacy law experience and from chemical/FMCG background would be highly preferred.
- Ideally candidate is meticulous, hardworking, possesses eye for detail and performs well under pressure.
- Training and mentorship will be given to the right candidate.
