- Assist and Execute in full recruitment cycle.
- Preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related matters.
- Create and maintain accurate employee leave records in HR System and filling.
- Prepare salary and Payroll Processing
- Filing Employee Income Tax and Filing
- Monitor and update Staff & Worker Leave records
- Follow up of Top management Instruction and update
- Knowledge on Employment Law and HR Practices
- Apply Work permint / pass application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Maintain a good record documents and filling
- Other admin duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in HR / Admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good knowledge on HR system & MOM rules and regulation
- Able to start immediately or in 1month notice.
