The senior management team has more than 25 years of experience in travel marketing, marine lifestyle, leisure product development, corporate finance and technology development. We are currently creating a global platform for sailing cruises to be launched first in Singapore and are looking for new team members to be a part of this next exciting milestone for the company.
Finance (Operations / Accounting)
Description:
With our expansion in Singapore, we are looking for a methodical individual to manage and oversee the day to day accounts of the business including AR, AP, payroll, budgeting and asset coordination. This person will also ensure that all processes are maintained for business accountability
Job Responsibilities:
- Invoicing, Managing all company related payables and receivables
- Follow up on customer payment and generate month end closing reports and statistics
- Develop filing system to monitor contract performance
- Monitor and analyze contractual obligations and accounts to provide data analysis across multiple sources and ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting policies and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance is preferred
- CPA or advanced degree is desirable
- Strong accounting, analytical and forecasting skills.
- Strong business ethics
