Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage timely monthly and year-end closing procedures.
Treasury Management:
- Assist in cashflow management, including forecasting and fund allocation.
Statutory Compliance:
- Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with overseas auditors and tax agents for Financial Statement finalization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for corporate secretarial matters.
- Support quarterly GST/VAT filing and annual tax filing, locally and internationally.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in Human Resource and Administrative tasks, such as recruitment and event organization.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in handling full-set of Accounting for multiple company accounts.
- Proficient in preparing and submitting GST.
- Experience with Xero accounting software preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a curious mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and team members from Headquarter.
