We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our team, with a focus on recruiting and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Responsibilities:
1. Research and Identification
Conduct thorough research to identify emerging and established influencers across multiple platforms who align with our brand values and target audience.
2. Outreach and Engagement
Executive outreach strategies to initiate partnerships with potential influencers. Craft compelling pitches that highlight the benefits of collaborating with our brand.
3. Relationship Management
Liaise with influencers, ensuring they have the resources and motivation to create impactful content. Monitor and support ongoing collaborations.
4. Content Coordination
Assist in the development and execution of content plans that integrate influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
5. Data Tracking
Track and update influencer campaign folders and datasheets.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer strategies with broader campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for expanding our influencer network.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset who can interpret data and trends.
- Proficient in social media analytics and tools.
