Job Title: Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of lab orders.
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing lab deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, lab delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
- Generate invoices for orders and ensure timely processing and payment.
- Generate daily and monthly reports for management review, providing insights into delivery performance, stock levels, and other key metrics.
- Assist in managing stock levels by placing orders with suppliers as needed.
- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and availability of inventory.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing assistance or directing enquiries to the appropriate person.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support overall business objectives.
- Anticipate production team needs and prompt them on pending deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
