Responsibilities:
- handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and data entry.
- Preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
