- Lead discussions on WSH solutions to enhance existing processes.
- Drive the successful completion of technology projects.
- Evaluate the impact of technology or electronic tools and devices on organizational performance.
- Assess the impact of implementing technology facilitators on organizational operations.
- Utilize data analytics to derive insights on technology usage.
- Implement customer attraction and retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships to generate revenue within assigned sectors.
- Formulate business plans to expand the business.
- Engage in focused conversations guiding customers towards solutions that meet their needs.
- Review customer requirements to enhance offerings and competitiveness.
- Evaluate sales proposals and/or tender documents.
- Develop sales performance metrics based on organizational service prices and cost structure approaches.

- Manage the delivery of logistics products and services that meet customer specifications.
- Implement logistics services meeting customer requirements.
- Develop intervention strategies to address gaps in the delivery of logistics services.
- Oversee overall transportation operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management plans and resources for transport execution.
- Develop strategic positioning for transportation operation processes within warehousing or freight forwarding operations.
- Determine warehouse storage system strategies based on changes in conditions, operations, and the environment, considering their impact on outcomes.
- Assess warehouse planning methods, storage plans, and layout designs.
- Lead warehouse security planning and operations.
- Assess selected and deployed material handling systems.
- Manage warehouse relocation processes.
- Review cargo consolidation plans to identify space, cost, and efficiency savings.
Job Requirements
- MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications
- Knowledge of SAP / WMS will be an added advantage
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Procurement / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations
