Job Description & Requirements
Prepare, plan, and schedule work sequences for construction operations as per construction drawings,
Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications, and drawings.
To guide and supervise work arrangement and site activity.
To check all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedules.
Monitor the daily progress of activities and prepare daily reports of the status of each assignment.
Managing project budgets.
Able to work on weekends/public holidays.
Able to work regularly under the rooftop.
Able to use Microsoft suite of Software including projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
Good organizational skills and communication skills.
Good technical competency.
Carry out the electrical cabling works, tray & trunking works with installation.
Experience in integration of the sites.
Minimum Certificate requirement in Safety Supervisor
specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangements.
Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities. ·
Monitoring work progress and ensuring that civil contracted works meet all practical, and commercial, requirements of productivity, quality, and contract target completion. ·
Ensure all structural work is carried out within established budgets and schedules. ·
Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure the quality of work and scope of work is within specifications. ·
Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out. ·
Assist the project manager in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of the project plan site.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site work progress ·
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace and ensuring compliance with standard rules and regulations. ·
BBS production and delivery monitoring and preparing RTO allocation for inspection, concrete booking, and materials requisition.
Review drawing and design drawing issue monitoring ·
Handling technical and engineering problems on site. ·
To facilitate project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of AutoCAD an advantage
Able to communicate in Mandarin
Preferrably with at least 3 yrs working experience.
