Job Responsibilities.
- Assist the team in implementing Learning and Development programs aimed at equipping individuals with the necessary skills to excel in their assigned roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify Learning and Development strategies aligned with the organization's current and future business objectives and skill requirements.
- Aid the team in managing the financial allocation for Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with present and future business strategies.
- Support the establishment and structuring of systems, processes, and personnel to effectively execute the organization's vision, mission, strategy, and plans.
- Assist the Workforce Development Manager in implementing learning initiatives to enable the organization to adapt to organizational changes effectively.
- Contribute to the team's efforts in recommending Learning and Development interventions tailored to meet the organization's strategic objectives and needs.
- Conduct training sessions or provide support to Subject Matter Experts in developing comprehensive learning and development models addressing all training needs.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to generate management information, business insights, and forecasts for HR training purposes.
- Extract insights from data platforms such as JobKred and Qualtrics using statistical analysis tools to support recommendations and interventions related to workforce development issues.
- Assist the team in managing relationships and communicating effectively with empathy to fulfill HR's functional role efficiently.
- Recommend HR training and development strategies using clear, engaging language that inspires others toward future perspectives.
- Address resistance, objections, and conflicts during conversations in a firm, respectful, and empathetic manner.
- Support the team's efforts in cultivating relationships with leaders to foster trust and gain insight into their needs.
- Leverage on Skills framework and National Policies and Initiatives to achieve workforce development excellence across company.

Professional Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma majoring in Business Management / Human Resource or any related business discipline.
