ParallelChain Lab is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in digital marketing in tech industries.


This is a full-time position based in Singapore.



Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness and market share.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance website performance, including but not limited to SEO, UX, visitor engagement, and data capture.
  • Be responsible for the targets and KPIs, qualitative & quantitative, short & long-term.
  • Implement effective data capture strategies and mechanisms, leveraging in-depth analytics to generate and expand valuable contact lists.
  • Manage and grow our presence on external platforms, such as LinkedIn and X.
  • Provide strategic input in our content curation efforts to ensure it is compelling, engagement-driving, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the communications and product teams to align digital marketing strategies with shared goals.
  • Craft and execute effective campaigns and tactics to promote our e-commerce products and monitor visitor activity.
  • Utilise analytics to inform strategies.
  • Monitor website traffic, and measure and report the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Propose budgets for long-term, short-term and recurring campaigns.
  • Monitor and adjust ongoing campaigns for better performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies to support digital marketing efforts, ensuring that they deliver value and meet our standards and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or directorial role.
  • Rich experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Professional experience in tech and web3 industries is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
