Main Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients to manage a smooth and successful delivery of a project.
- Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan, and visuals, prepare project schedule and/or quotes to clients.
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work to kick off projects.
- Co-ordinate with internal staff including Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Construction Leaders etc.
- Constantly supervise, control and coordinate works according to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality. Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings while working with Construction Leaders to ensure high quality standard work of subcontractors and on time delivery of materials according to schedule.
- Committed to uphold all work processes and documentation including project correspondences, weekly progress reports etc and the chairing of site meetings with clients.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director or management.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years’ experience in corporate office interior design & build project management
- Recognised qualification in interior design, architecture or equivalent
- Able to interpret architectural plans and familiar with building and safety regulations
- Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
- Excellent project, presentation, leadership and people management skill
- Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
