Connect Energy partners with a consultancy firm for their upcoming projects in the oil and gas industry. They are looking for an experience Document Controller to join their upcoming project.
Responsibilities
- To manage documents by creating, review, revise any documents relating to the project.
- Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with project's standards and requirements
- Assign unique identifiers to documents and maintain accurate records of documents versions and status
- Coordinate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally using appropriate channels
- Conduct regular quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Document Control role preferably in oil and gas / process industry.
- Well versed in Project Document Process and Flow
- Willing to work in western part of Singapore or Jurong Island
- Willing to take up 12 - 24 months contract
