Job Purpose:
- Assist the Administration and Operation manager in managing school’s operations relating to financial, school safety & security and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management
- Scan and categorise important documents as part of the digitization process.
- Ensure accurate labeling and filing of electronic files for easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all documents.
Disposal and Decluttering
- Identify materials that are no longer needed and prepare them for disposal according to school policies.
- Coordinate with disposal services for the secure destruction of sensitive documents and the responsible disposal of non-essential items.
Operational Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of move schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Support logistical arrangements for the physical move, including coordination with moving companies, and setup at the new campus.
General administrative support
- Provide clerical support to ensure operational continuity during the transition phase.
- Manage emails, answer phone calls, and perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the transition.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the transition objectives and timelines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’/Polytechnic diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years working experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred
- Technical and Digital Literacy - Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Have exposure in area of emergency responses and security management
- Ability to multitask with good time management
