1. What you’ll do
- Perform hardware and software implementation and logistics movement (IT Operations / HQ) for outlets across Singapore.
- Perform Level I and II IT support activities for HQ office stakeholders.
- Work with either the engineering team, infrastructure team and/or 3rd party vendors to implement technological enhancements to existing processes.
- Liasing and neogtiating with vendors for quotations and providing recommendations.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT Operations.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables within negotiated timeframes.
2. What makes you succeed
- You have to work hands-on with networking and communication hardware, software and infrastructure as an IT Executive / Support / Specialist in a fast paced environment.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with IT systems / hardware and preferred those with extensive experience in implementation of Microsoft 365, Teamviewer, PowerBI.
- Collaborative team spirit and possess great communication skills.
- Open minded & willing to try out innovative ideas.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liase with some of our Chinese speaking F&B operation teams.
