Jobs Responsibilities
- Review and ensure completeness of account opening documents
- Liaise with AMs, Legal or Compliance for any account onboarding issues.
- Adhere to agreed service levels for turnaround time.
- Ensure proficiency over established Standard Operating Procedures and compliance against all relevant policies, standards and guidelines.
- Timely reporting & escalation of control issues, service lapse etc.
- Contribute toward process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma/Degree
- Keen in banking industry
- No experience required as training will be provided
