Responsibilities
- Dedicated resource for Pre-sales role in ecommerce business with key focus on SAP Commerce Cloud,
- Salesfoce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Order Management Systems, Product
- Information Management Systems or equivalent technology platforms
- Able to engage customers, both technical and business ranging from technical architects to CXOs to introduce BORN’s capabilities and solicit requirements.
- Able to understand the customer’s explicit and implicit requirements, design and offer the best solution for our customers.
- Able to demonstrate products and solutions.
- Identifies business opportunities, prepares presentations and does presentation/pitches to prospective clients
- Works closely and collaboratively with Sales and other functions within BORN Group and partners to design a winning solution
- Sells solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Prepares winning proposals by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information provided by customers and other sources.
- Maintains quality service by establishing, adhering and enforcing organization standards.
- Builds business by identifying and selling BORN services & Maintain Client Relationships
- Owns and prepares RFP/ tender responses, prepares proposals, effort estimates and Statements of work
- Negotiating with OEMs on Commercials and Optimizing the Solution.
- Good understanding of APAC Market.
Requirement
- At least 5 years working experience in Presales/Tech Sales and fluent in English.
- Degree in Computer Science or MIS is advantageous.Having an MBA would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in ecommerce
- Able to travel within Asia
