Admin Assistant

Foundation Healthcare (specialists) Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations and work closely with the operations team and clinics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist the Operations Manager in implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
  • Assist to new application set-up and renewal of licenses – NEA and other licensing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation.
  • To perform administrative work, maintain proper filling, prepare reports, documents
  • To support clinics and monitor their adherence to HQ internal control procedures/SOPs.
  • Coordination with internal departments, clinics, and clients to bring about optimal processes for the benefit of patients and the organization
  • Maintains clinic(s) supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the operations team

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Diploma in any discipline with minimum 3 years' working experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and building relationships with varied stakeholders and driving change management
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set: Ability to think outside of the box and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong learning and problem-solving capability
  • Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills.
