Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
- Develop financial models and perform analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Provide data-driven insights to the management team and department heads.
- Recommend cost-saving measures to different business units.
- Aid in implementing business intelligence tools and creating dashboard reports.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities to guide and manage a team effectively.
- Manage tax, audit, and external regulatory issues, and communicate with external parties.
- Handle credit risk management responsibilities.
- Coordinate with banking partners and explore new financial opportunities.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and laws, offering advice to the management team.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and special projects.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Review and restructure commission and overtime schemes for drivers and sales staff.
- Have a deep understanding of business strategies, playing an active role in decision-making across all business units.
- Engage in additional projects and activities as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CFA/ACCA certification is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a finance team.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting principles, controls, and management reporting.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and curiosity about data.
- Experience in enhancing internal controls and driving process improvement initiatives.
