Job Function
- Full-time Trainer is to facilitate the training to all Employees to fulfil the performance gaps and improve business performance.
- Trainer should able to engage classes identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for the learners.
- Follow schedule provided for the Training Department and Reach site on time to conduct training as per schedule.
- Conduct training for both OJT and WSQ courses in sites and classroom if required.
- On completion of training programme, compile training records and submit course report Review, update training materials as per the transition.
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs.
- After training follow up visits to ensure effectiveness of training.
- Train curriculum and assessment according to work requirement which include but not limited to WSQ, OJT etc with close consultation with respective Department Managers.
- Review effectiveness of training and learning outcome.
- Assess appropriateness of trainee for work, to discharge or discontinue poor performance of the trainees immediately.
- Employees are to comply with any established procedures as provided.
- Employees are to understand the environmental policy.
- Employees are to help to achieve the departmental objectives and targets.
- Collecting feedbacks from trainee as well about the trainer to improve in the training
Job Requirement
- Experienced in facilitating training programs within an organization
- Hands on experience in enhancing and conducting induction or orientation courses for new team members
- Contributed to annual training plans
- Good communicator
- Ability to travel to multiple locations for trainings

- Employees are to understand the environmental policy
- Employees are to help to achieve the departmental objectives and targets
- Employees are encouraged to provide feedbacks on matters relating to the environment
