Key Responsibilities
- Proficient in managing daily requests for unit trust transfers, from initiation of request to completion.
- Timely and accurate processing of unit trust requests
- Effective management and resolution of failed transfers.
- Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to front office.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing.
- Action on mailbox enquiries
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
- Serve as Processor or Checker for various tasks
- Account maintenance such as onboarding and updating assignment of Firms and Financial AdvisorsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities
Requirements
Experience
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Meticulous with good attention to detail.
- Curious mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders (Front Office, Fund Houses, other financial institution counterparties, etc.).
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in transfers-related function in Unit Trust (preferred)
