Responsibilities:
- Maintain in-house project management system by keeping electronic records of incoming and outgoing documents
- Support team in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
- Ensure Client’s requirements on submittals documentations are fulfilled
- Keeping files organized by projects.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
