Fund Admin Analyst

As a Fund Administration Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering investment funds. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to fund operations, compliance, customer service, and reporting. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day fund operations, including processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain meticulous records of fund activity and holdings to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis.
  3. Liaise with treasury team to monitor cash flows and ensure timely settlement of transactions to maintain liquidity.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive assistance on fund-related matters.
  5. Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating expertise in fund administration.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing fund operations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
  8. Support in regular compliance reviews and audits to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  9. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations, and other fund performance metrics with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  10. Conduct thorough variance analysis and reconcile discrepancies to ensure the integrity of financial reports.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, or financial services
  3. Strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Additional Information:

This position may require occasional overtime or weekend work, particularly during peak periods such as month-end or quarter-end closings.
