Job Responsibilities:
- To front the Bank’s IT related purchases covering Projects, Data Centre Operations, BAU needs of Branches, Bank’s Offices and Employee office devices
- To negotiate effective pricing & service levels with all suppliers to achieve savings at every point of purchase
- Establish robust supplier base and supplies inventory to mitigate risks of servicing gaps arising from Non-stock and delays in vendor deliveries, which may affect the bank’s services as a whole
- To conduct fair and transparent sourcing and selection of IT Vendors for Common and Standardized services and supplies
- Effective Vendor Management
- Ensure that all IT contracts bring the highest value and uphold the bank’s best interest at all times
- Manage the central contract repository and establish the necessary operational processes & communication flows for timely contract review, revision, renewal and termination with all IT units
- Engage and manage the performance of contracted IT suppliers and vendors to gain higher Service Levels at the least cost while sustaining amicable business relationship
- Achieve yearly cost-savings through regular analysis of contract spending and recommend strategies for service re-pricing / re-packaging approach to optimize existing or new agreements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT / Engineering / Office / Manufacturing procurement
