Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Laboratory.
- Provide administrative and office support for the Lab including receiving and directing visitors, preparing PPE for new employees, maintaining and ordering inventory / stationaries in the Lab.
- Assist in generating information required for daily billing and invoicing.
- Assist in generating COA reports daily using provided platform and ensuring that all information on the reports are accurate.
- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying of documents, and updating of relevant information into the lab’s system.
- Assist to keep accurate records of data in the Lab Job Board and any historical folders.
- Assist the Laboratory Coordinators in preparing paperwork during witnessing jobs (in lab).
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by Management.
Requirement:
- Preferably with 1 year experience in billing and invoicing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Good working attitude, has initiative, self-motivated, willing to learn and work hard.
- Good oral communication and typing skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and able to multi-task.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is a good team player.
- Able to commence work immediately.
