Responsibilities:
- Track purchases and sales, data entry of records
- Assist Purchase and Sales Managers with invoice and receipt creations
- Track payments from clients
- Manage client enquiries
- Assist Sales managers with handling client accounts
- Inventory management and recording
- Track shipping and customs notifications
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Perform any other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant certification
- At least 3 years of work experience in a client and operations management role
- Meticulous, diligent and professional
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English and Tamil
