Job Responsibilities
- Planning logistics and execution of entire event with direction from management
- Pitch prospective clients/ vendors / exhibitors and sponsors for exhibitions
- Provides administrative support for operations
- Ensure proper documentation, maintain / update records accordingly
- Responsible for accurate listing of deals for e-commerce website and backend POS system
- Coordinate with suppliers to prepare goods to be delivered to customers
- Coordinating with inventory and stockroom
- Conducting periodic audits for operational matters
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Well organized and attention to details
- Ability to multitask
- Good team player
- Savvy with Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
