Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon8 and Tik Tok.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
- Curate creative ideas to churn out videos contents
- Vet influencers by looking at performance metrics such as engagement, audience specifics (followers - are they local based), and brand compatibility before engaging them.
- Plan,curate and execute on media calendar
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
- Any adhoc task assigned
Requirements:
- Min graduated with Local Diploma (Prefereably Poly Diploma) in Mass Communication or anything that is relevant and above
- Good command of verbal and written communication
- Min 1 year of marketing/branding working experience especially in social media marketing, and familiar with current social media platforms mentioned above
- Strong passion for social media and a good understanding of popular social media platforms.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Creative mindset to curate interesting campaign independently
- Able to work in a tight timeline to achieve marketing's objective for every campaign
