Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet or exceed internal and quality assurance guidelines.
- Conduct audits on regulatory compliances, internal processes, procedures and potential high-risk non-compliances areas as per Regulatory Standards
- Involved in initiatives to implement quality measures to raise the standard of early childhood care and education in child care centres
- Ensure centres’ adherence and conformity to corporate identity and guidelines
- Ensure the team provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourage their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development
- To escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner
- Licensing and SPARK certification
- Develop action plan to meet Licensing & SPARKS criteria
- To oversee, track and monitor centre’s corrective action responses, ensuring that centre’s principals, supervisors and staffs follow through all corrective action plans and review the effectiveness of such responses
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of quality/compliance management as well as regulations and standards in Early Childhood
- Experience with quality improvement systems
- Aptitude for reviewing data, strong analytical skills and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
