Reporting to Regional Financial Controller, this position will assist the Finance & Accounting (F&A) team in handling full set of accounts
Responsibilities:
- Prepare non-trade billings, bank reconciliation statements, journals and balance sheet schedules
- Review payment vouchers performed by F&A Outsourcer
- Update and check Treasury file for daily incoming and outgoing funds
- Perform GST Reporting and filing
- Involve in month-end closing for Accounts receivable, Accounts payables, General Ledger, Costing and Fixed Assets
- Assist in withholding tax and corporate tax filing
- Prepare audit schedules and government surveys
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in using SAP
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
