Project Coordinator is often involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects. They organize and communicate details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members and stakeholders.
Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and leading employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and Company as well as industry standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying work process improvements.
- Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirements:
- 5 year experience in Oil & Gas related field
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Proficiency in appropriate software for the position
