Admin Assistant (6 months contract)

*Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work in 2 different locations - Aljunied and Jurong East

  • Daily reporting of absentee trainees to Sales
  • Send confirmation/cancellation letters to trainees before commencement of class
  • Timely checking of class attendance and assessment results in Trainer Portal and follow up with Trainers when it is not marked in system
  • Record daily tasks completed in the tracking file
  • Send results announcement to trainees


Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of supported courses will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of training administration systems will be an advantage
