- Min LCCI Higher Accounting Cert and above
- Accounting software knowledge
- At least 5 years and above
Job Scope
- Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation
- Knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia Accounts
- AP & AR inclusive of issuing of invoice and purchase order
- Payments and Collections
- Inventory
- Quarterly GST Reporting
- Project Costing
- Journal Entries, General Ledger
- Liaise with Company Auditor.
- Experience with full set of accounts
- All Accounting Reports
- Administrative and other ad-hoc duties
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and internal control standards
- Liaising with external parties such as tax agent, bankers and other regulatory bodies/authorities
