The Responsibilities:
- Alignment with Business Objectives by supporting the implementation of IT initiatives in alignment with headquarter direction
- IT governance and policy compliance, you mitigate risks associated with technology operations
- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations fosters operational excellence within the organization.
The Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications, software, and hardware is a core competency for IT support roles
- Understanding wide area networks (WAN), local area networks (LAN), and wireless networks is essential for managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure
