Job description:
· Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure safe work practices are carried out accordingly.
· Liaise with client/main contractor on all site safety matters.
· Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project and attend site meetings.
· Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and certifications are up to date and adhere to the requirements set out by the relevant regulatory bodies and compliant to the Contract work scope.
· Liaise with site staff, Project engineers/coordinators and regulatory bodies on all safety and health issues such as accident reporting, investigations and propose recommendations.
· Perform risk assessment, job safety analysis, safety procedures, documentation of safety records.
· Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
· Any other assignments as assigned.
Requirement:
· Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes
· Min. 2 years relevant power grid GIS project experience
· Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
