Job Scope:

  • To handle general enquiries pertaining to import/export/transhipment requirements of pets.
  • To process online applications pertaining to import/export/transhipment requirements of pets.
  • To prepare licences and certificates pertaining to import/export/transhipment.
  • To assist with collection, scanning and licence preparation for veterinary certificates.

Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Thursday – 8.30am to 6pm

Fridays – 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location : JEM Office Tower

Salary: Hourly Rated


Role Requirements:

  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible and independent
  • Competent in IT and MS Office Applications and able to learn new in-house computer systems/applications
  • Able to write well
  • Candidates with relevant job experience will have an advantage
