Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Sales & Marketing / Project department;
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and receiving of goods;
- Perform price comparison and negotiation;
- Prepare and issue of Purchase Order (PO), verify supplier invoice for payment, follow up on order, monitor back-log to ensure timely deliveries;
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors;
- Work closely with logistics personnel to maximise and optimise resources capacity and efficiency;
- Maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
- No experience required;
- Incumbent should possess good communication skills in written and spoken English;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word;
- Tactful and courteous demeanor with excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders;
- Meticulous, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service to the client;
- Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills;
- Good team player with a good sense of urgency.
