We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As the Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You will work closely with a team of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations. Strong leadership abilities and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely and within required timeframes and budget. -
- Coordinate with project managers and architects to review project plans, specifications, and schedules. -
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols. -
- Oversee material procurement, inventory control, and project budget estimates. -
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to identify any issues and ensure quality control. -
- Provide guidance and support to construction workers and subcontractors, including addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. -
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and invoices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of construction management experience. -
