Job Description
Asset Management
- Coordinate courier services for internal and external document delivery.
- Maintain updated shopfront photos and contact lists for tenants on the shared drive.
- Provide general administrative support to the department, including sorting, scanning, processing, and filing/e-filing documents.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.
Reception
- Manage the reception counter, including handling calls and assisting walk-in guests.
- Perform any other assigned ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Preferably 2-3 years of administrative experience in a hotel's corporate office.
- Nitec in office skills, Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Seeking a resourceful, proactive, organized professional with strong written and verbal communication, as well as time management skills.
- Demonstrates self-motivation, drive for high performance, and fosters a culture of positive engagement and care in the workplace.
