Position Overview:
Casa is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence, engaging with customers, and ensuring the seamless operation of our various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management:
- Oversee and maintain Casa's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and Carousel, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and accurately reflect our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and compelling product pages.
Customer Engagement:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and update product availability information on the websites.
Content Creation:
- Utilize graphic design tools, including Canva, to create eye-catching visuals for promotions, banners, and social media posts.
Advertising and Budget Management:
- Develop and execute online advertising campaigns, with a focus on platforms such as Facebook.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to optimize return on investment (ROI).
Website Maintenance:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the functionality and user-friendliness of Casa's websites.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement updates, improvements, and new features as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and customer service.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and Carousel.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Canva.
- Experience with online advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook.
- Ability to manage budgets for advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
