- Handle and process all accident claims cases. Oversee the full spectrum of Accident reporting, survey, repair & claims
- To assess and prepare estimated accident repair quotations on insurance claim issues
- Monitor and review pending claims and closure of claims in a timely manner
- To increase customer base for insurance claims including tender for claims repair
- To coordinate with workshop on vehicles repair and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- To liaise with customers on all documentation & update customer on their claim/repair status accordingly
- To provide and enhance customer services, attend to customers’ enquiry and complaints
- To handle all administration in the department, prepare & submit monthly report for the department
- Must have a valid Driving License
- Candidate with experiences working in Automotive industry will have added advantages
