Job Description
- Data entry, database and other computer-related tasks
- Office administration duties
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
- Supports operations by supervising staffs, planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Undertake any other task delegated by the management
- Handling chinese workers
- Preparation of invoicing
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Responsible individual who is diplomatic and possess strong communication skills
- Self-starter, fast learner and analytical with a “can-do" attitude
- Good written and oral/presentation skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Bilingual in English and other languages
