Responsibilities
- Ensure all AV & logistical requirements are met;
- Check all exhibitions put up are in accordance with the approved drawings;
- Ensure that all requirements for VIP visits are met;
- Schedule and/or provide manpower and other associated resources to support the events including stand-by services during events e.g. Lift/AV technicians, cleaners etc;
- Check that all facilities used for the events are in working order and to initiate any preventive maintenance or change required to maintain or enhance the quality of the venue;
- Prepare daily event charts that capture all the various events for that day and the resources required for the event;
- Ensure the availability of power supply, including the supply and installation of cable from power point/DB to the location of equipment requiring power supply, including cable protection and taping down of cable/conduit/trunking, etc;
- Ensure the provision and connection of signal cable between terminal devices and input/output points of the building’s AV system, including connection provision;
- Ensure of audio and/or video signal from building system to third party broadcaster, local or otherwise, where approved by the Authorities; and
- Oversee the setup of the venue, i.e. meeting or event area, including moving and shifting of furniture, equipment, etc.
- The shift and moving of furniture, equipment, etc., shall include moving to and from venue to storage area and vice-versa, temporary or otherwise.
Requirements
- Possess at a minimum Diploma and prior experience will be an advantage with results-oriented and positive working attitude.
