Job Description
- Leads a product portfolio with P&L and revenue growth responsibility.
- Sets product strategy and monitors customer feedback to ensure product roadmap includes the right set of priorities and objectives.
- Partners with regional leaders, sales, product management and product service to manage growth initiatives.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in the insurance field.
- Develops and communicates DXC’s product vision to the customer community, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
- Participates in planning and execution and works in a cross functional environment to own the product
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
- Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends
- A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
- Hands on experience on Ingenium Product is a must
- Knowledge of system architecture will be a distinct advantage
