Job Description:
・Order receiving procedures
・Delivery ｃoordination:
-Coordinate delivery schedules with both suppliers in Japan and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
-Address any issues related to delivery delays or discrepancies.
・Forecast management
・Invoice & quotation management
・Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
・Communication with Japan head office in any necessary situations
・Payment confirmation:
-Verify and confirm payment from clients.
-Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
・Shipment arrangement:
-Organize and coordinate shipments
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
・Handling customer complaints:
-Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
-Work to improve customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Around 5 years of B to B sales experience is required.
- Experience in invoice and packing list preparation, order placement and receipt or inventory control is required
- Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator or Shipping Coordinator in intermediary trade is highly preferred
- Experience in trading of electronic components is an additional advantage.
- Business level of Mandarin language skill to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts in China
- Japanese language skill to liaise with HQ in Japan
