Job Description
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks:
- Accounts receivable: Record payments, prepare statement of accounts
- Accounts payable: Prepare and record payments, record
suppliers' invoices and expenses
- Perform timely bank reconciliation, prepare financial statements and management reports
- Tax: Quarterly GST filing, year end filing, ensure timely tax payments
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Google Work Suite
- Knowledge in Quickbooks will be beneficial
- Well organised and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Show great attention to details
- Able to start work immediately
Working Schedule
- Working Days: 3 Days Work Week
- Working Hours: 10am till 5pm
