Responsibilities:
- Work with the school admin team to support school operations.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Attend to phone calls and walk-ins from general public, parents, students.
- Other office duties as required and assigned by the school
Qualifications:
- At least a GCE “O” Level Certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration
- Experience working in a school setting
Contract Period: From 25 July 2024 to 24 July 2026
Working Hours: Mondays & Fridays: 7:00am to 5:30pm; Tuesdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm,Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 3:30pm.
