1. Key Responsibilities
- Identifies customer needs and assists in developing and implementing sales strategies for SEA customers.
- To contact/visit existing and/or prospective customers.
- Assists in customer demonstrations with PVA TePla´s business group representatives.
- Communicate and present PVA TePla’s product roadmaps and capabilities to the customers.
- Communicating and presenting the customer’s needs to PVA TePla´s product business group representatives in Germany and US.
- Assists in preparing product pricing quotes and assist in negotiating final pricing.
- Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers.
- Maintains summaries of customer visits.
- Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.
2. Requirements
- Past working experiences in either semiconductor or heat treatment industry.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of semiconductor processes.
- Sales driven, creative, dynamic, and independent.
- Had worked with stakeholders/customers of all levels.
- Problem-solver, proactive and resourceful.
- Fluent communication and positive interpersonal skills.
- Able to response/work on off office hours.
