Job Function:
- Responsible for assisting administrative matters with compliance tracking
- Ensure proper documentation, maintain, and update filing system regularly in a detailed and organised manner
- Assist with planning, implementation of strategies, proposals, work flow enhancement for continuous service quality improvement
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (eg. Managers, divisional coordinators, term contractors) regarding contractual documentation and information collation
- Assist with basic IT support or analytical functions
- Covering for counter duties
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
- Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail & numbers
- Proficient in the use of computer and software applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Has an inclination towards planning, analysis and improving operations
- Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential
- Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to exercise initiative and liase with external parties regarding documentation
- Team player
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills
Qualification:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in administrative or relevant field
